FeesWizard exists to tell you what a broker really costs. That only works if you can trust the numbers. Here is how we keep them honest.
Independence
FeesWizard is an independent project. It is not owned by, or affiliated with, any broker. No broker sees a review before it publishes, approves its own coverage, or influences its score. Commercial relationships are disclosed openly in how we make money — and they stop at the disclosure. They do not reach the data.
Fact-checking
Every fee figure is checked against the broker's own published source before it goes into the dataset, and recorded with a verification date. Numbers are never carried over from a competitor's review or a forum post. If a figure cannot be confirmed against an official source, it does not go on the site.
Our source hierarchy
When sources disagree, we prefer them in this order:
- Official broker pricing pages — the published fee schedule is the primary source.
- Regulator registers and filings — for authorisation status, entity details, and protection schemes.
- Reputable financial press — for context and corroboration only, never as the sole source for a fee.
AI-assistance disclosure
We use AI tools to help draft and structure prose. We are open about that. What AI does not do is decide the numbers. Every fee, every score, and every verdict is verified by a human editor — Yaniv Barshaf — against the official source. A tool can help write a sentence; it cannot sign off a figure.
Corrections
Broker fees change often, and we can get one wrong. If you spot an error, email us via the contact form. We recheck the figure against the official source and, if it is wrong, correct it promptly and refresh the page's updated date. Corrections are made in the dataset, so the fix flows to every table and calculator that used the figure.
Update cadence
Fees are re-verified on a regular cycle and whenever a broker announces a pricing change. The machine-readable last-updated date below moves when content or fee data is meaningfully updated. Fees were last verified in June 2026.
