Last updated: July 2026. FeesWizard collects as little personal data as possible. This page explains exactly what is collected, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Analytics (optional, consent-based). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored.
- Contact form. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. It is used solely to reply to you, and is not shared or used for marketing.
- No accounts. FeesWizard has no user accounts and collects no financial information about you.
Cookies
FeesWizard sets analytics cookies only with your consent (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site. Third-party sites you visit through our links — including brokers — set their own cookies under their own policies, which may include affiliate-tracking cookies used to attribute your visit.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you open an account after clicking one, the broker may pay us a commission. The tracking involved happens on the broker's side under the broker's privacy policy; we do not receive your identity, only anonymous conversion statistics. More in our methodology.
Legal basis & your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Analytics runs on the basis of your consent; the contact form on our legitimate interest in answering you. You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold (in practice: contact-form emails), and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond promptly.
Data retention & transfers
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your query. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Data may be processed on servers outside your country (e.g. by Google and our hosting provider, Cloudflare), under their respective data-processing safeguards.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above will change with it.
